1.  VERY BERRY SUPER SHAKE

BLEND THIS:

  • 12 oz Water
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk or Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 Scoops Usana Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt

Nutrition: 611 Calories, 57 G Protein, 54 G Carbs, 14 G Fiber, 25 G Fat

 

2.  CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SHAKE

BLEND THIS:

  • 12 oz Water, Coconut Water Or Almond Milk
  • 2 Scoops Usana Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Fat
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt

Nutrition: 696 Calories, 59g Protein, 33g Fat, 38g Carbs, 8g Fiber 

 

3.  STRAWBERRY BANANA SHAKE

BLEND THIS:

  • 12 oz Water, Almond Milk or Coconut Water
  • 2 Scoops Usana Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt

490 Calories, 55g Protein, 9g Fat, 47g Carbs, 11g Fiber 

 

4.  CHOCOLATE CHERRY AWESOMENESS SHAKE

BLEND THIS:

  • 12 oz Water, Almond Milk or Coconut Water
  • 2 Scoops Usana Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
  • 2 Cups Of Sweet Dark Cherries; Pits Removed
  • 1 Cup Of Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. Of Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Fat
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt

5.  VANILLA PUMPKIN PIE SHAKE

  • 1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

6.  TROPICAL POWER SHAKE

  • 1 Cup Pineapple (Can Substitute Mango And/Or Papaya)
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Fat
  • ½ Tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
